Where the wild things are

And by wild, I mean me. I’m going to be off around Brogo and Bega for the next week, with pretty poor and infrequent internet connection. So, don’t be surprised if things go a bit quiet around here and Twitter and Facebook over the next week or so.

Of course, I can’t handle being away from the net for too long, so I’ll take my laptop with me. And I’ll have my iPhone, naturally. In truth, there’s every chance that no one would even notice my absence, depending on mobile reception where we’ll be.

However, should things go a bit quiet, that’s why. Hopefully, given the peace and quiet, I’ll get some writing done. And certainly some reading. Be good while I’m away.

  1. I’ve been working on a couple of short stories, which are almost ready to go out. I’m also plotting the next Ghost Of The Black novella, but it’ll be a while before I get around to actually writing that, I think. Otherwise I’m working on a new novel. I’ve got about the first 10,000 words down, but I need to dedicate some time to it properly. So much to do, so little time!

  2. Well, we’ll miss you! Well, I’ll miss you at least til November when I’m going crazy doing Nanowrimo. No chance you’re working on that too, eh? LOL

  3. No, I won’t be doing that. I’ll hopefully get close to the Nanowrimo word count anyway if I keep my head down!
