Its usual Kindle price is US$2.99 so it’s a pretty good offer. I think the special is only going to run for a month, so get in while you can.
If you’re outside the US, there’s a surcharge from Amazon. For example, in Australia it’s a $2 charge, so the price is down to $2.99 from $4.99. If you’re in the UK, you can now also find both RealmShift and MageSign at the UK Kindle Store. It’s Kindle-o-Rama!

There’s a surcharge when people in Australia buy from the Kindle store? I never knew that. No wonder ebooks are so expensive and I’ve been looking for alternatives!
