Richard held a copy of the book up in the air, teetering on the edge of an imaginary launch ramp, and insisted that everyone gave a great “Whooosh!” as it went down the ramp and “Hurrah!” as it splash landed and was launched. Then he kinda flew it all around the room and declared it officially launched.

Interns, eh? Danger, that way lies, hmm?

I want to know what the “uniquely theatrical style” book launch was. My imagination is going bonkers with it. Does it involve smashing it with a liquor bottle or catapulting it out the window with a giant slingshot?
Get some “interns” for Blade Red Press, and they can run your new bookstore.

Berkelouw Books is a brilliant place and book launches are fast becoming one of my favourite things. Maybe we should open something like it down here. We may need slaves to run it, however.
