X6 anthology X6 Launch in Leichhardt tomorrowI’m going up to Sydney tomorrow evening to attend the launch of the X6 Anthology from Coeur De Lion Publishing. I picked this book up at Conflux 6 and haven’t had a chance to read all the stories yet, but I can tell you already that it’s brilliant. I talked about this book a bit a few weeks ago, where I mentioned Paul Haines contribution, Wives. Seriously, if you read nothing else this year, read that. I’ve got back into the book again now and I’m currently reading the first story, Sea Hearts by Margo Lanagan.

If you’re in Sydney, try to get along to the launch. X6 is an anthology of six spec fic novellas from some of Australia’s most accomplished authors: Margo Lanagan, Terry Dowling, Paul Haines, Louise Katz, Cat Sparks
and Trent Jamieson. All six will be at the launch. Paul Haines is coming all the way from Melbourne. It should be quite the event.

The launch is at Berkelouw Books, 70 Norton Street, Leichhardt at 7pm, Thursday 12th November and will be overseen by award winning author Richard Harland.
